NatalChoices Ltd delivers Developmental Baby Massage courses from birth to crawling across Portsmouth and Hull & East Riding. There are two courses to our Developmental Baby Massage dependant on the age of your little one and all our techniques have been developed by the International School of Developmental Baby Massage and Movement.
We are excited to announce we are also providing a soft gymnastics play session for babies from 4 – 14 months old. These weekly sessions will be pay as you go with an option to book 5 sessions for a small discount.

Developmental Baby Massage
Newborn Developmental Baby Massage (Stage One) is suitable for babies up to around 8 weeks old.
Holding and stroking techniques to relieve physiological flexion and abdominal tension and promoting safe tummy time.
Courses are currently £30 for a 4 week course.
